Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Functional Consultant to join our ERP team, with a focus on finance module implementations. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, configuring ERP systems (preferably Odoo), providing end-user training, and ensuring successful system integration and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business processes and recommend ERP-based improvements.

• Configure ERP finance modules according to client requirements and best practices.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.

• Prepare functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations.

• Work closely with technical teams for accurate and timely implementations.

• Provide end-user training, support, and develop user documentation.

• Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and troubleshoot functional issues.

• Stay up to date on ERP (Odoo) updates and industry trends.

• Assist with data migration, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Support change management activities during ERP rollouts.
   

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years as a Finance/Functional Consultant in ERP implementations.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Odoo).

• Experience in finance module configurations and project management.

• Strong business process analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.'

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.

• Attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering quality results.

• Adaptable to fast-paced, changing client needs.
