Job Summary:

The Senior Strategy Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic planning process, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring consistent execution of company-wide priorities. This role will champion the OKR methodology to promote clarity, accountability, and performance at all levels of the organization. It requires a hands-on leader with the ability to blend analytical rigor with practical execution and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Lead the development and periodic refinement of the company’s short- and long-term strategic goals.
• Champion the implementation and adoption of the OKR framework across all departments.
• Support leadership in aligning departmental strategies with overall business objectives.

Operational Excellence:

• Work closely with department heads to define measurable goals, identify key initiatives, and drive execution.
• Develop performance dashboards and monitor KPIs and OKRs to ensure organizational alignment and impact.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and coordinate execution support.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management:

• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and support leadership in cascading goals throughout the organization.
• Promote a results-driven culture by embedding accountability and continuous improvement practices.
• Provide guidance and training to teams on strategic thinking and goal-setting.

Market & Growth Strategy:

• Analyze industry trends, competitor performance, and market opportunities to guide business decisions.
• Support the identification and evaluation of strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
• Contribute to innovation, digital transformation, and market positioning strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, business planning, or management consulting.
• Proven experience in implementing OKRs or similar strategic frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience translating strategy into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management capabilities.
