Full timeDevelop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales team members.
Create customized training materials, including presentations, manuals, and role-playing scenarios, to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Facilitate and conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually for new hires, sales representatives, and sales managers.
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify skill gaps and areas of improvement for individual team members and the sales team as a whole.
Work with sales leadership to align training initiatives with business goals and KPIs.
Offer ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentoring to enhance the performance of sales staff.
Partner with cross-functional teams Marketing, to ensure alignment of sales training with company initiatives and product updates.
Act as a liaison between sales leadership and training teams to ensure continuous communication of sales challenges and training requirements.
Develop dynamic and engaging training content based on the latest sales techniques, trends, and tools.
Ensure that all training materials are up to date, relevant, and engaging, leveraging various formats such as eLearning modules, videos, and in-person workshops.
Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance reviews.
Regularly assess sales team development needs and recommend additional training or resources based on results.
Stay updated on the latest sales methodologies, techniques, tools, and industry trends to incorporate into training programs.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the sales team.
Maintain records of all training activities and track individual and team progress.

Bachelor’s degree or MA/ MBA in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Management or a related field 4-8 years of experience in Capacity building sales training Specialist or manager or Sales Capability manager, with at least 2 years in a sales training role Proven success in developing and delivering sales training programs.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, tools, and strategies, including Customer Relation Management systems and sales enablement tools.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess, analyze, and adapt training strategies based on individual and team needs.
Ability to motivate and engage learners with different learning styles.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with digital content creation platforms is a plus.
A natural leader with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing sales teams.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to training challenges.
Able to quickly adjust to changing business needs and market conditions.
Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business performance.
The role typically operates in an office environment but may require some travel for on-site training sessions or events.
Flexibility to work remotely or with a hybrid model may be available, depending on company policy.
