Role Summary: Ensures the smooth running of daily office operations and coordinates administrative support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee office supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
• Support scheduling, meetings, and internal communications.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe office environment.
• Assist with logistical coordination for staff and field activities.
• Maintain office asset records and administrative reports.

• BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in office management or administration.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and office coordination tools.
