Role Summary: Maintains accurate records, organizes digital and physical documentation, and supports data management processes across departments.

Reports to: Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize operational and customer data.
• Maintain logs of software changes, updates, and technical documentation.
• Assist in generating performance and compliance reports.
• Ensure proper filing and version control of documents.
• Support database management and analytical reporting.

• Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, Documentation, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data tools.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
