Required qualifications and competencies
Diploma/certificate in Food Preparation from Accredited Hotel Institute/college
At least three (3) years of work experience as a Sous Chef in a known 4-star or 5-star hotel
Having COC certification is an advantage
Excellent command of English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Capable of working in a team environment
Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual
Ability to give attention to detail
Track records of developing others
Able to work under pressure
