Job Mission:
Responsible for the purchase of goods, materials and services to ensure that the company’s operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.
- Ensure that purchasing policies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery which enables the company to function
- Develop and implement purchasing, supply chain and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures
- Responsible for safeguarding company assists, properties, resources es and their functionalities
- Select and decide the most cost-effective method of sourcing and delivering the right materials and quantity.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy and control purchasing department budgets
- Ensure the delivery of items on time as per users demand and specifications, stock controlling and management and inventory follow-up
- Work with suppliers and have a process in place to measure effective performance, quality and compliance
- Oversees office facilities and work place management, fleets and property controlling and maintenance
- Maintain purchase orders or contracts or all relevant documents and provide for finance for payments
- Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities in the domain
- Develop cost reduction strategies and savings plans in procurement
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
MA/BA Degree in Procurement or supply relation Management or related fields with at least 6/8-year proven experience in in multi-culture setting organizations

- External: Suppliers, Tax authority
