Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will help streamline sales operations, coordinate with internal departments, and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with administrative support including preparing quotes, sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients.
• Track and manage sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Prepare sales forecasts, analyze sales data, and provide insights to management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order issues or complaints promptly.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Support in organizing promotional events, trade shows, or campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 5-8 years Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
