Position Overview
The Key Account Manager at Niyat Consultancy PLC is responsible for building and nurturing long-term, strategic relationships with high-value clients. This role ensures client satisfaction, retention, and account growth through a deep understanding of client needs, business development strategy, and consultative service delivery. The Key Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions that align with the client's business objectives and Niyat Consultancy’s service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long-term, trusted relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing engagement and business growth.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to offer proactive, consultative solutions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between key clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
- Plan and implement account strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, proposals, and service agreements with clients.
- Resolve client issues and concerns quickly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Track and report on account performance metrics such as revenue, retention, client satisfaction, and profitability.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients and present performance insights and value-added recommendations.
- Stay current with market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments relevant to client industries.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (minimum 7 years of experience required).
- Master’s degree in the above or related disciplines (minimum 5 years of experience required).
- Professional Certification (optional but advantageous):
- Certifications in Account Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Sales Strategy.
Required Experience
- Proven experience managing corporate or institutional clients, preferably in the consultancy, B2B services, or professional services sectors.
- Demonstrated success in achieving client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth goals.
- Experience leading contract negotiations and developing account plans.
- Experience coordinating with internal cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
