Job Summary:

The Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the corporate strategic plan in alignment with the company’s vision and mission. The role involves conducting market and economic analysis, providing strategic recommendations, evaluating business and investment proposals, and monitoring implementation progress to ensure sustained company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop corporate strategic plans, business KPIs, and targets.
• Ensure strategic plans are timely, focused, and value-adding.
• Align corporate, division, and operational plans with the company’s vision and mission.
• Develop and evaluate business and investment proposals.
• Provide financial and risk analysis for new and existing investments.
• Conduct environmental assessments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Monitor market and economic developments/updates.
• Craft business strategies to enable company growth.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the corporate strategy.
• Develop strategic relationships with partners and potential customers.
• Provide recommendations considering emerging trends, opportunities, competitive threats, and local and international business environments.
• Develop manuals and recommend improvements for internal business processes.
• Support the research process to identify new opportunities, markets, and customer needs.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the CEO and COO.

Candidate Profile:

Education & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Planning, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in agri-business, FMCG, import/export, and manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and business intelligence tools.

Salary: Gross salary of ETB 25,132 per month.
