At-Con Engineering & Architecture Consultancy Plc. is seeking qualified Professionals with expertise to join our dynamic team. In the following position Senior Bid Organizer, Quantity Engineer, Resident Engineer, Assistant Resident engineer, Human Resource management and Documentation Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and technical requirements.
• Serve as the on-site representative of the consulting team, coordinating with contractors and client representatives.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reports.
• Conduct and oversee site inspections and quality assurance tests.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Address on-site issues, offering technical input to resolve challenges.
• Monitor adherence to contractual obligations, building codes, and project timelines.
• Participate in final inspections and project handover procedures.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years general professional experience.
• At least 4 years of experience specifically in a Resident Engineer role.

Software Skills:

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Eagle Point/In-road Software.
• Reporting generating using Excel and MS-Office
