At-Con Engineering & Architecture Consultancy Plc. is seeking qualified Professionals with expertise to join our dynamic team. In the following position Senior Bid Organizer, Quantity Engineer, Resident Engineer, Assistant Resident engineer, Human Resource management and Documentation Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, maintain, and archive physical and digital documents.
• Ensure documents are properly labeled and easily accessible.
• Assist in preparing and formatting reports, letters, and other materials.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to project documentation.
• Support other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Work Location:

Head Office – Addis Ababa

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or BA degree in Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a consultancy office.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
