  1. Handles customer complaints for alleged customer's problems;

  2. Identifies and address causes of customer dissatisfaction to resolve them quickly and easily;

  3. Keeps a record of each customer comments and/or complaints including its cause and how it was solved;

  4. Deals with incoming queries and complaint from customers in a professional manner;

  5. Maintains effective warranty system that is consistent with company and customer requirements;

  6. Interacts with customers and service team when a quality concern or warranty claim is reported;

  7. Provides feedback to customers and service team in a timely manner;

  8. Automates claims processing; 

  9. Performs any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor

From recognized university/collage first degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Automotive Engineering/ Automotive Technology or other relevant field of study and 3 years related work experience
