Full timeHandles customer complaints for alleged customer's problems;
Identifies and address causes of customer dissatisfaction to resolve them quickly and easily;
Keeps a record of each customer comments and/or complaints including its cause and how it was solved;
Deals with incoming queries and complaint from customers in a professional manner;
Maintains effective warranty system that is consistent with company and customer requirements;
Interacts with customers and service team when a quality concern or warranty claim is reported;
Provides feedback to customers and service team in a timely manner;
Automates claims processing;
Performs any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor
From recognized university/collage first degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Automotive Engineering/ Automotive Technology or other relevant field of study and 3 years related work experience
