Aschay Trading PLC is a leading name in Ethiopia’s aluminum industry, known for delivering high-quality products and services in construction and manufacturing. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a versatile and driven Site and Office Engineer to join our team.
Position Summary:
This hybrid role requires a dynamic engineer who can seamlessly manage both on-site execution and office-based coordination. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with technical and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Quantity take-offs and BOQs, and project documentation.
- Site supervision, quality assurance, and daily site management
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Prepare project planning & scheduling, progress reports and assist in project scheduling.
- Support procurement and material tracking processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in both site & office roles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and other engineering software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent report writing, technical documentation, and research skills
