Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just four kilometers from Bole International Airport is looking for dynamic and self-starter applicants who wishes to join our team as a Sous Chef.
Required qualifications and competencies
- Diploma/certificate in Food Preparation from accredited Hotel Institute/college
- At least three (3) years of work experience as a Sous Chef in a known 4-star or 5-star hotel
- Having COC certification is an advantage
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Capable of working in a team environment
- Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual
- Excellent menu planning, cost control and recipe preparation ability
- Proactive, innovative and customer focused
- Ability to give attention to detail
- Track records of developing others
- Able to work under pressure
