Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just four kilometers from Bole International Airport is looking for dynamic and self-starter applicants who wishes to join our team as a Sous Chef.

Required qualifications and competencies

  • Diploma/certificate in Food Preparation from accredited Hotel Institute/college
  • At least three (3) years of work experience as a Sous Chef in a known 4-star or 5-star hotel
  • Having COC certification is an advantage
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working in a team environment
  • Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual
  • Excellent menu planning, cost control and recipe preparation ability
  • Proactive, innovative and customer focused
  • Ability to give attention to detail
  • Track records of developing others
  • Able to work under pressure
