• Recruit and onboard a new sales rep
• Lead and supervise sales activities
• Train reps on product, approach, and target achievement
• Monitor performance and ensure team targets are met
• Identify new areas or customer groups for expansion
• Report sales results to Area and Line Managers
• Gather feedback to improve team effectiveness

Skills & Qualities:

• Strong communication and leadership
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable with tracking results and using tools like Google Sheets or Forms
• Willing to  travel when needed
• Fluent in local language(s); basic English is a plus
