Role Description

The Business analyst is responsible for effective data analysis & reporting Selecting, configuring & implementing analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build System to transform raw data into actionable business insights.

• Apply industry knowledge to interpret data & improve performance.

• Keep update on industry news & trend.

• Develop a proactive methodology for effective data management by collecting, analyzing& reporting on different data sources.

• Develop & document the standard data reporting process.

• Coordinate with other teams in report enhancement & modification activities.

• Interact with management, IT, Compliance & performance personnel to gather data management process, & make recommendations for data quality initiatives.

• Assist Manager in establishing data security guidelines.

• Follow Company policies for giving data access rights to employees.

• Maintain best practices to ensure data are appropriately secured from security breaches.

• Determine the root cause for data integrity gaps resulting from previously uncontrolled migrations in order to provide appropriate data resolution & remedy process.

• Provide approval for data implantation during migrations.

• Perform periodic data quality reviews for internal & external data.

• Ensures timely resolution of quires & data issues.

• Work with leadership teams across the company, including sales, Finance & Accounting, to provide key reporting solutions to drive enterprise financial results.

• Performs other duties as assigned or required by the immediate supervisor.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• MA/MSC/BA/BSC in Accounting and Finance or related fields of study 

• 2/4 years of experience in Beverage Industries.
