About the Role:

Yhaenu Trading Plc is hiring a Junior ERP Support Assistant to join our IT team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with a basic understanding of IT systems and a strong interest in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support to ERP users across departments (e.g., sales, finance, inventory)
• Assist in user account creation, access rights, and data entry within the ERP system
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to ERP usage (e.g., login errors, screen navigation, data retrieval)
• Document common problems and solutions for internal knowledge base
• Coordinate with IT/ERP teams for advanced technical issues or system updates
• Assist in testing new ERP features or modules
• Support data migration, report generation, or routine database checks

Requirements:

•  Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, databases, and software applications
• Understanding of ERP concepts (such as modules like Inventory, Finance, HR, Procurement)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, 
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures

Desirable (Not Mandatory):

• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or reporting tools
• Exposure to any ERP system during coursework, internship, or training
• Certifications in ERP or business applications (a plus)
