We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Coffee Export Marketing Manager to lead our international marketing and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our global customer base, managing export operations, and increasing brand visibility in key international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement international marketing strategies for green and roasted coffee exports.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities in Europe, the U.S., Asia, and the Middle East.
• Build strong relationships with international buyers, roasters, and distributors.
• Lead the pricing strategy based on ECX data and global market trends.
• Coordinate with export documentation and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Represent the company at trade shows and export promotion events.
• Monitor competitor activities and market shifts to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, Agribusiness, or related field.
• Above 7 years of experience in coffee export or agricultural commodities marketing.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and LC (Letter of Credit) procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (French or Arabic a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.biu
