Fleet and Maintenance Section Head is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of an organization's vehicles, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations. This role involves managing maintenance schedules, supervising technical staff, controlling costs, and coordinating. 

Place of work: Burayu 

Salary: Negotiable

Responsibility:

• Schedules and assign shifts and establish work priorities
• Develops and implements programs of preventive maintenance and vehicle services;
• Manages and analyzes operation and Maintenance costs
• Request fuel for vehicles, supply fuels for drivers and control the fuel consumption and finally execute all the necessary reports to the concerned body 
• Makes budget requests, maintains fleet maintenance budget and monitors budget expenditures 
• Establish standards of performance for each position supervised; conducts staff and safety meetings; instructs assigned staff in work methods; checks and correct work in progress; reports to supervision problems encountered.
• Coordinate ,schedule and audit vehicle maintenance repairs to include preventive mechanical and electrical repair 
• Ensure quality, compliance and safety of company's assets 
• Manage facilities, assuring a clean and safe working environment 
• Follow up vehicles insurance, Bollo and third parties insurance renewal time frames and conduct all the necessary measurements.
• Conduct measurement evaluation manage over times and other tasks related to employees under this department as per the company policy 

Education

• Bsc Degree Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering& Related Field

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a related role
