- **Live Streaming Management:**  
 - Plan, coordinate, and execute live streaming events across platforms such as YouTube Live, Twitch, Facebook Live, TikTok, etc.
 - Oversee pre-production, live production, and post-streaming processes.
 - Ensure high audio/video quality and smooth, uninterrupted broadcasts.

- **Technical Oversight:**  
 - Set up, test, and maintain streaming equipment (cameras, encoders, mixers, etc.).
 - Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during live events.
 - Collaborate with IT and AV teams to optimize streaming setups.

- **Team Leadership:**  
 - Manage and train a team of operators, moderators, and technical staff.
 - Assign roles and responsibilities for each event.

- **Content & Scheduling:**  
 - Work with content creators and marketing teams to schedule streams.
 - Develop and maintain a streaming calendar.

- **Analytics & Reporting:**  
 - Track key metrics (viewership, engagement, technical performance).
 - Prepare post-event reports and recommend improvements.

- **Compliance & Best Practices:**  
 - Ensure all streams comply with platform policies and copyright laws.
 - Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes.
 

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in live streaming operations or broadcast management.
- Familiarity with vMix, Streamlabs, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of streaming platforms and social media.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in real time.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or irregular hours as needed.
