Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee our company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will lead financial planning, budget preparation, and audits while mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and reconciliations.

• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory reporting, and company policies.

• Coordinate and support audits, both internal and external.

• Monitor and analyze cash flow and financial performance.

• Manage fixed asset records, inventory reconciliations, and cost allocation.

• Implement and improve accounting processes and internal controls.

• Provide training, guidance, and support to junior accountants.

• Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance (preferably in manufacturing or related industries).

• Strong knowledge of local tax laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems) and MS Excel.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication and leadership skills.
