1. Preparing yourself for the working day and punctuality. 

2. Provide general information about any NID technical issue or questions for the registration officers. 

3. Assist all NID Technical support (in person or remotely) 

4. Daily crosscheck the smooth registration process on all regions (Districts) and support any technical issue exist.

5. Collaborate with the NID (Fayda) team, Ethiopost and other stakeholder for any technical Support and training matters. 

6. Follow-up and assist the daily data push activities completion and support remotely when it is required. 

7. Provide training based on the available module. 

8. Adhere to company policies, procedure and compliance guideline. Ensure secure and compliant environment regarding with NID process.

9. Perform additional duties and task assigned by NID project directors.

10. Receive and fix any kit spare when it is necessary and deliver on time.

degree in Computer science, computer engineering, IT
