Job Summery
Export manager is responsible to the international trade, including developing new export markets, managing existing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and laws.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage relationships with international partners,
- Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements
- Constantly assess the international market for coffee, oil seeds & pulses export to identify and determine customer needs, and coordinate export sales accordingly.
- Manage in the process of negotiating with potential buyers on issues such as selling price, delivery time and related aspects.
- Manage in ensuring implementation of contract agreements made between the company (exporter) and the buyers;
- manage in planning, and coordinating the international shipment of coffee, oil seeds & pulses export sales.
- Promote the company’s coffee, oil seeds & pulses export business in the international market by using online platforms.
- Participate in local exhibitions, conferences, and bazars to promote coffee, oil seeds & pulses export sales of the company and get experience from others.
- Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs
- Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading
- Negotiate shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements
- Develop and maintain export records and reports
- Address customer inquiries and complaints
- Planning and organizing resources against shipping and dispatch schedules during hectic periods to ensure services are maintained as required.
- Ensure the company follows the relevant government rules and regulations in its Export activities.
- Prepares and submits weekly/monthly reports on the activity's status of the operation.

Qualification and Experience:
- BA in Purchasing and Supply, Marketing or related filed.
- Work Experience: 6 years in relevant work experience as Export /commercial positions of which 3 years working experience in management position
