Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just few kilometres from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our team as a Sales Manager.   

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, or Business Administration is required
• A minimum of four years of managerial experience in a four- or five-star hotel is required
• Fluent in both spoken and written English

Competencies Required: 

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, as well as the ability to meet sales goals

• Excellent computer abilities as well as expertise of Opera

• Attention to details & excellent follow up skills

• Ability to work under pressure 

• Ability to work with minimum supervision
