Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Customer Service Technical Support professional to join our support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues, providing prompt and effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to products, services, or systems.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions using remote tools and documentation.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff or technical teams.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Assist in testing and documentation of product updates or issues.
• Educate customers on product features, usage tips, and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Follow up with customers to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and customer-first mindset.

Working Conditions:
