• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1.5-hour lunch break)
• Saturday: Half day
• Salary: ETB 10,000 – 14,000/month (Based on qualifications and interview performance)

 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording and reconciling daily financial transactions using accounting software or Excel
• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and management summaries
• Assist with budget tracking, variance analysis, and internal cost monitoring
• Help prepare supporting documents for audits, tax declarations, and internal reviews
• Generate and issue withholding tax invoices in compliance with Ethiopian tax law
• Maintain accurate and organized records of financial documents (both soft and hard copies)
• Coordinate with suppliers and departments to verify payment requests and expense justifications
• Assist the Finance Manager in preparing payment plans and financial schedules
• Contribute to improving internal finance processes and documentation standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, 
• 1 or 2 years finance/accounting work experience
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong sense of accuracy, confidentiality, and organization
