• Prepare payments for site when requested in written form.
• Following all suspense accounts (Receivables and Payables) and taking appropriate action on time
• Prepare payment clearance by receiving invoice and all required documents for goods and services purchased as site.
• Scanning all documents and forwarding through mail to main account every Friday and delivering hard copy of the document every month.
• Collecting different bank advice and monthly bank statements and delivering to main account
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.

Work Experience:

• Three to five years of accounting experience required.
