We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Principal to lead our International School (Flipper International School). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, academic excellence, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and dynamic learning environment. The principal will oversee school operations, uphold academic standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement aligned with Cambridge International Education standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision to ensure the delivery of high-quality education following the Cambridge Curriculum.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of school policies, curricula, and academic programs.
• Lead, motivate, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Cambridge International Examination regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Manage school administration, including budgeting, resource allocation, and infrastructure development.
• Promote a positive school culture that encourages student achievement, well-being, and holistic development.
• Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community to enhance school reputation and engagement.
• Drive innovative teaching practices and integrate technology to improve learning outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate academic performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of students and staff within the school premises.
• Represent the school at external events, conferences, and inspections.

• Master’s degree or higher in Education, Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Principal, Head of School, or senior leadership role in an international school environment.
• Strong understanding of the Cambridge Curriculum and assessment framework.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of educators.
• Knowledge of current educational trends, technology integration, and best practices.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
