Description- TruLuv Granola is an artisanal all-natural snacks company based out of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We are a dynamic female-led business started in 2016, that makes healthy snacks made with ingredients we aim to sustainably source from local smallholder farmers and that are crafted by Ethiopian women. 

Position Summary
We’re looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Executive to join our growing Sales & Marketing team. This full-time role is perfect for someone with a strong grasp of social media and content creation who also has the organizational chops to support marketing campaigns and in-person brand activations.

What You’ll Do

• Content Creation & Management
  • Design engaging social media content using Canva (or similar tools)
  • Shoot and edit photos/videos for digital campaigns and offline collateral using a phone
  • Write copy for captions, posters, flyers, and email newsletters

• Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook presence

  • Track performance and insights, helping improve reach and engagement

  • Support in running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns

• BTL Marketing & Brand Activations

  • Assist in organizing events, sampling, and pop-up activations

  • Liaise with brand ambassadors and field reps

  • Help coordinate print material and in-kind sponsorships for health/wellness events 

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and creative vendors

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or related field

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships count)

• Demonstrated experience in Canva, video editing (mobile tools or basic desktop), and social media management

• Photography/video shooting skills, experience in events or field marketing

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask

• Fluency in English and Amharic 

• Willing to work full-time (not freelance)
