Get-As International Plc. is a dynamic organization engaged in Real estate, Trading and Cross border transport. We are seeking a motivated General Managerto join our dynamic team.

Duties and Responsibilities

•  Oversee daily operations of the dealership, including sales, service, and finance departments.
•  Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
•  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.
•  Manage budgets, financial reports, and operational costs to maximize efficiency.
•  Hire, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
•  Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay competitive.
•  Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
•  Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to maintain inventory and product availability.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Requirement

• Proven experience as an Automotive General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales, service, and finance operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in hiring, training, and managing a high-performing team.
• Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. Degree in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering or relevant fields of studies

Experience

• For MSc degree 5 years of relevant experience out of which 2 years of experience as General Manager in vehicle and for BSc. degree 7 years of relevant experience out of which 4 years of experience as General Manager in vehicle maintenance workshop
