Job summary: 

The Cloud Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing cloud-based solutions in alignment with enterprise architecture guidelines and business requirements, adopting multi-cloud and hybrid cloud strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-sales research and diagnostic support for Huawei's public cloud, providing competitive solutions based on customer needs or pain points.
• Build technical capabilities for major projects, offering competitive horizontal or industry-specific solutions leveraging Huawei Cloud and ecosystem partner capabilities. Assist customers in selecting and designing cloud-native architectures, support POC validation, and ensure successful cloud migration of applications.
• Gain insights into regional and industry markets, identify opportunities in the public cloud market and industry sectors, and explore potential opportunities for Huawei Cloud.
• Stay informed about the development trends of cloud computing solutions in the industry, conduct competitive analysis, improve solution design, enhance the market competitiveness of cloud computing solutions, and incubate new solutions for scalable replication.
• Drive the enhancement of Huawei Cloud products and solutions' competitiveness based on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor analysis.

Qualifications and experience 

• BSc or MSc in Telecommunications; IT, Computer Science and Software Engineering.
• years of Experience:   4 - 8 years
• Familiarity with public cloud services and common cloud service usage. Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect–Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, etc., and cloud-native certifications such as CKA, CKAD, CKS, etc.
•  Experience in cloud solutions for industries such as internet, telecommunications, finance, and government is preferred.
•  Familiarity with public cloud migration tools and methods, with relevant project experience preferred.
• Proficiency in various IT technologies, including but not limited to Windows Server/Linux operating systems, IP networking, common databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/SQL Server/MongoDB/Redis/Elasticsearch), message middleware (Kafka/RabbitMQ/RocketMQ), big data (Hadoop/Hive/Spark/Flink/Hbase), Kubernetes, DevOps, etc.
• Proficient in English, strong logical thinking and innovation skills, excellent customer communication abilities, a proactive learning attitude, and a willingness to delve into technical research.
