Position Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead Moyee Coffee’s sales and marketing efforts across all business lines, including Moyee Roasting, Coffee Farms, Moyee Cafés, and retail channels. This dual-role position requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can drive revenue growth, build a strong brand presence, and expand market share both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with creative marketing expertise to deliver sustainable business growth.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree (BA) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA/MA) in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- 10 years of work experience for BA holders / 8 years for MA or MBA holders.
- Proven experience in leading marketing teams, preferably in the coffee, FMCG, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and brand management.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other content creation tools.
- Experience in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking.
