A Junior Field Sales Representative with a commercial background. Someone with the ability to build strong relationships with agents, mini-distributors and outlets in a short time period, a good business acumen and analytical skills.
Ability to gather insights and execute surveys with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
Responsible for taking the targeted number of surveys per week from mini-distributors and their outlets. This will allow the company to map the value chain in the indirect channel. The focus will be on strengthening the brand visibility of Holland Dairy in the indirect channel.
The priority is to develop a deeper understanding of the indirect channel using different tools at the site of different outlets.
It is crucial to build a good relationship with the agents, the mini-distributors, and their outlets.
Minimum BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field from a recognized university.
Speaking Somali is a must.
Have at least 2 years in sales and related fields.
Have an experience in working with collecting data.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
Expert in time management.
Persuasive and goal oriented.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Energetic and passionate to learn & lead.
Visit Frequency as per management direction.
Delivery of targets as set per management.
Compliance with Visit Routine, 10 steps of the visit.
Compliance with dress code.
Always treat customers friendly and professional.
Execute Surveys as per the target set.
