ContractSwiss Church Aid (HEKS/EPER) is the aid organization of the Swiss Protestant Churches, implementing projects in over 30 countries globally to combat the causes of hunger, injustice, and social distress. In Ethiopia, HEKS/EPER has been actively operating as a non-profit development and humanitarian organization since 1972, committed to helping communities overcome crises, build sustainable livelihoods, and strengthen social cohesion. Currently, HEKS/EPER is implementing humanitarian and development projects across five regions of Ethiopia: Oromia, Somali, Amhara, Afar, and South Ethiopia.
To enhance our operational efficiency and build strategic partnerships, HEKS/EPER invites qualified private and government companies, as well as individual service providers, to express their interest in becoming part of HEKS/EPER’s supplier database which is reevaluated yearly. Particularly, HEKS/EPER is looking for suppliers of goods and services in the following categories and subcategories:

Interested applicants are required to submit the following documents for consideration:

By submitting these documents, interested suppliers confirm that A) the information provided is accurate, B)They are not blacklisted by any government or international agency, and C) They agree to comply with the HEKS/EPER Code of Conduct (attached to this EoI).
All applications should be sent via Email to procurement.eth@heks-eper.org, no later than Friday,15th of August 2025. They must be clearly labelled as “EoI for HEKS/EPER supplier database” in the subject line.
Important Notice 1 : This notice serves solely as an invitation to express interest and does not constitute an offer of contract or commitment of any kind. HEKS/EPER reserves the right to accept or reject any application, wholly or in part, at its discretion. Only applicants who are successfully prequalified will be contacted upon conclusion of the evaluation process.
Important Notice 2: The Integrity and reputation of HEKS/EPER are among its most important assets. Consequently, HEKS/EPER makes an external platform available to its staff and to third parties (e.g. clients or subcontractors) through which wrongdoing or breaches of the Code of Conduct or the Field Financial Guidelines can be reported.
