Main Role of the Job holder

• Supervise and manage a team of brand representatives
• Ensure lead data accuracy and timely reporting via ERP
• Provide daily/weekly updates to management
• Monitor team performance and motivate field staff
• Coordinate offline promotional activities and ensure alignment with marketing goals

Salary: Negotiable

Education Level

• BA Degree in Marketing Management/ Business Management/ Economics or in any other related field of study

Relevant Experience

• 2+ years sales supervisory role. The one who manages door to door sales team have an advantage.
