Main Role of the Job holder

• Lead and manage R&D officers and price intelligence team
• Design and oversee research on product positioning, market trends, consumer behavior, and promotional effectiveness
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for marketing and sales
• Supervise data collection quality and ensure proper use of ERP for data tracking and analysis
• Coordinate with Business Intelligence and Digital Marketing for integrated planning

Salary: Negotiable

Education Level

• BSc/BA or MSc (preferred) in Economics, Business, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

Relevant Experience

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in R&D, market research, or product development
