This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales and Marketing Manager position. The incumbent will be responsible to:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility.

Propose and execute CRM based marketing strategies to identify, engage, and retain potential and existing customers.

Oversee all marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and communication strategies, aligning with business goals.

Maximize market share of the company.

Set and monitor sales targets, push for target achievement, and supervise the performance of sales units.

Conduct regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer trend research to guide decision-making.

Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly sales, and marketing performance reports.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

Plan the sales and marketing policies and plans of the company.

Help in developing new services using market research.

Organize and control sales activities, sales areas and customer service standards.

Identify new target markets.

Analyze and report on advertising and marketing campaigns.

Report on sales and ensure sales targets are reached.

Manage and develop sales and marketing staff.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing manager position.
At least 3 year of hands-on experience in Travel, and or Tour sectors.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving market share growth.
Demonstrated expertise in CRM systems and data-driven marketing tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skill.
Multitasking capabilities under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools.
Fluency in English is essential.
