Food and Drinks Director
Competencies and Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency
Leadership and team management skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service
An open, positive and communicative personality
Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
A self- starter and open to learn new ways of working
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Work experience: 5 years and above proven experience in Food and Drinks and kitchen operations management, with a track record of successful leadership
Certificate/training: Having COC certification is an advantage
