We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our workshop team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the proper removal, installation, disassembly, and reassembly of machine components, ensuring all work is carried out according to service manuals and company standards. The Mechanic will also play a key role in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, managing tools and parts, and providing timely and accurate service reports. 

Position Summary

The Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of a variety of machine components, with a strong focus on construction equipment. This role involves precise mechanical work, adherence to technical manuals, and a commitment to quality and safety. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of a Junior Mechanic.
• Accurately remove, install, disassemble, and reassemble machine components as per service manual procedures.
• Inspect and clean disassembled parts, working with a supervisor to determine reusability.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of components, parts, tools, and equipment.
• Verify that all parts ordered are correct and sourced from the latest suppliers' catalogs.
• Maintain a contamination-free environment during assembly.
• Report any failures, damages, or lost parts immediately to the supervisor.
• Book time spent on various jobs accurately.
• Ensure unused parts are returned to the warehouse and replaced parts are delivered to customers.
• Prepare accurate and timely service reports.
• Adhere to all company rules, regulations, and safety measures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, both in the workshop and in the field.

• Diploma in Auto Mechanics or a related field from a recognized technical school.
• Eight (8) years of progressive work experience as a Junior Mechanic, with a strong preference for experience on construction equipment. 
• Prior experience working with Hyundai machines is highly desirable.
• Good skills in English reading and writing.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Third Grade or equivalent driving license with practical driving experience.
