Job Objective: To lead the risk and compliance division manager by developing, implementing, and maintaining robust risk management compliance frameworks that align with regulatory requirements and the bank's strategic goals.

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:

To lead and manage the risk and compliance function of the organization by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. The role aims to safeguard the organization’s integrity, enhance operational resilience, and support sound decision-making by promoting a strong risk management and compliance culture.

BA /Masters in Economics, management, accounting or other business related fields with 5/7 years of banking experience respectively of which 2 years as senior officer related experience
