Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Cost Controller to join our team. This role is key in managing F&B costs, reducing waste, and improving profitability. You’ll work closely with the accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

•  Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs.
•  Conduct regular inventory checks and report variances.
•  Prepare cost reports and assist with budgeting and forecasts.
•  Coordinate with purchasing and kitchen teams to control waste and manage pricing.
•   Maintain accurate records of purchases, transfers, and usage.
•   Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Requirements

•  BA Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Cost Control, Hotel Management, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.
•   2–3 years of experience in F&B cost control or accounting.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•   Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
•   Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
