Main Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Show Room Coordinator I, the Show Room Attendant I, is responsible for receiving calls and visitors at the showroom, determines the nature of their business and directs them to their destination; attending to customer needs and providing them information on company products and giving orientation and briefing to customers on the technical features and after sales support issues of vehicles.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities 

1. Receives calls and visitors at the showroom, determines the nature of their business and directs them to their destination; 

2. Answers basic inquiries, routs incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers;

3. Greets clients and visitors when they enter and leave the showroom/building

4. Ensures everyone is helped;

5. Maintains lead tracking system as well as contact info for showroom records;

6. Ensure the accuracy of all appropriate information written on every lead and contact sheet;

7. Communicates with customers via Email, the phone and in person;

8. Schedules appointments for Sales Engineers/Officers;

9. Hands out marketing material or promotional leaflets to walk in customers;

10. Maintains the cleanliness of the Showroom and Reception areas;
11. Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate;

12. Provides assistance to other marketing job functions including, but not limited to, communication, data entry, and reporting;

13. Represents the company with a professional demeanor and appropriate attires;
14. Performs other similar activities as instructed by immediate supervisor.

From recognized college/TVET level II /10+2/ certificate in Auto-mechanics/ General Mechanics or other relevant field of study, Salesmanship training and 2 years related work experience

Or

From recognized college/TVET level I /10+1/ certificate in Auto-mechanics/ General Mechanics or other relevant field of study, Salesmanship training and 4 years related work experience
