Job Title: Architect and Graphic Designer – Event Management   (*urgently required)

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Job Summary:

To conceptualize, design, and execute both visual and spatial elements of events, ensuring brand alignment, audience engagement, and seamless integration of creative and logistical components.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural & Spatial Design

• Create floor plans, 3D renderings, and technical drawings for event layouts, booths, and installations.
• Ensure spatial designs meet safety, accessibility, and venue regulations. Graphic Design
• Design event branding materials: logos, signage, digital banners, brochures, and social media assets.
• Developvisual identities for events in line with brand guidelines.
• Prepare presentation decks and visual proposals for internal and client review. Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with the event manager, marketing, and technical teams to align creative vision with event goals.
• Participate inplanning meetings, site visits, andpost-event evaluations.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and venue staff for design implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, GraphicDesign, or Interior Design.
• Entry-level applicants (0+ years of experience) are welcome; however, additional experience in event design, architecture, or creative production is considered a strong advantage.
• Proficiencyin design software AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, and D5 Render,as well as Adobe Creative Suite such as (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

Working Environment:

• Office setting, with regular outdoor activity for different purposes.
• The intern is expected to be at the office 8 hours a day and 6 days a week; 4hours on Saturdays

Physical Demands:

• Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in the operation of office equipment
• Lifting and carrying of supplies and printed materials, etc.
• Ability to speak to and hear customers and/or other employees via phone or in person
