Business Development
- Identify and proactively pursue potential clients across various sectors requiring logistics, relocation, and records management services.
- Lead in preparing and delivering impactful, customized client proposals and presentations tailored to their needs.
- Take ownership in driving business deal closures by coordinating with internal teams to meet and exceed client requirements.
- Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients through structured engagement plans and proactive follow-up.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact between clients and operations, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring escalations are addressed with urgency and professionalism.
- Oversee shipment status monitoring and initiate pre-emptive communication to clients regarding potential delays or concerns.
- Maintain accurate, well-structured records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM with pipeline management discipline.
Marketing Support
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies under the guidance of the Marketing officer or Sales Head, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Support market research efforts by gathering and summarizing relevant data to identify growth and promotion opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to provide insights that influence marketing and sales strategies.
- Support the development and scheduling of strategic social media posts aligned with brand objectives and campaign themes.
- Make contribution that all social media and marketing content adheres to the company’s quality and brand standards.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to support high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Attend strategic networking, marketing events, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and build high-value connections.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration
- Continuously monitor industry developments and competitor activities, providing insightful recommendations to the sales and marketing teams.
- Recommend strategic improvements in sales approaches, marketing strategies, and service offerings based on market intelligence.
- Work in close partnership with operations, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare insight-driven sales and marketing reports, including lead tracking, campaign performance, and competitor benchmarking.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and enforce best practices in pipeline management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management, taking initiative to improve processes where possible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales support, or marketing—preferably in logistics, relocation, or records management.
- Basic experience in lead generation, proposal preparation, and client engagement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing support.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office applications.

- Number of qualified leads generated and recorded.
