PROJECTs: Support Ethiopian Coffee Farmers with Compliance to EUDR
REPORTS TO: Bale field Office project coordinator
DIRECT REPORTS: None
LOCATION: In Dello Mena and Harena Buluk
DURATION OF CONTRACT: 4-6 months with a probation period of 60 working days with probability of extension based on the availability of funds
SALARY: GBP 443/month
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key areas of responsibility are:
Ensure timely project implementation at the Woreda level
Bring technical expertise to ensure high-quality project delivery
Facilitate and coordinate community/institutional capacity-building activities
Contribute to project management and reporting
Play an active role as a member of the Farm Africa Project team

Two years of work experience in NGOs in the areas of forestry and natural resource management, and coffee production and marketing | Previous NGO work experience in a rural setting |
Experience in project planning, implementation, and monitoring, and evaluation | |

Very good English and Affan Oromo language skills (written and spoken) | Knowledge of local language |
Computer literacy, excellent record keeping and report writing | |

Budget and financial management, training needs assessment and training facilitation | |
Willingness to reside in rural/marginal areas, ability to work with minimum supervision | |
