Job Summary: 

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, he/she will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and increase market share. he/she will lead a team of sales and marketing personnel and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing Strategies

Creating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies that aligns with overall business goals.

Market Research

Conducting market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.

Sales Management

Overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to ensure goals are met.

Marketing Campaigns

Planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, print) to promote products or services.

Brand Management

Managing the brand image and ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.

Customer Relationship Management

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Budget Management

Developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies are utilized to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Performance Analysis

Analyzing sales data and campaigns to evaluate effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.

Collaboration

Coordinating with other departments (e.g., product development, finance) to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.

Team Leadership

Leading and mentoring the sales and marketing team, fostering professional development and encouraging high performance.

Reporting

Preparing regular reports on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and updates to senior management.

Customer Feedback

Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

Networking

Attending industry events and networking to build connections that can benefit the company.

Compliance

Ensuring all marketing and sales activities comply with legal regulations and ethical standards

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance goals.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
  4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
  5. Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, advertising, social media, and events.
  6.  Develop sales collateral, presentations, and other marketing materials to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for sales and marketing activities.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  9.  Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales and marketing activities, results, and challenges.
  10.  Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales and marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
  11. Additionally works other related duties given by his supervisor

Education

  • A Degree & above in Marketing Management Business Management and Other Related areas

Experience: 

  • 5 years relevant work experience. In related businesses of foam, home furniture and home appliance is preferred. Also, Experience in diverse product marketing is a plus.
