About the Job

Job Summary:

The main responsibility will be to control the project output, follow the work with schedule manage the resource, create excellent work methodology for better output and satisfy the representative engineers quality control. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Physical and Financial Progress Report Prepare and Analysis, Daily, Weekly and Monthly
• Payment Preparation 
• Working Schedule
• All requirement, material, labor and equipment request for working load
• Master and crushed schedule work
• Quality controlling and work flow the project.
• Daily productivity, profit and loss follow-up
• Follow up the project.
• Material Approval.
• Prepared presentations for management, covering progress, issues, modifications, and achievements.
• Worked closely with upper management in planning projects and preparing related documents.

Salary: 

• Negotiable

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction technology & management or Civil engineering

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years for master`s or 4 years for BSc as an Office Engineer in large-scale building projects.

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of building construction process from design to completion 
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage & motivate teams 
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time & within budget 
• Knowledge of recent planning, design and other construction software’s

Required Skills

• Basic computer skill and software’s; Microsoft office, Ms project, Primavera, Auto CAD, etc
• Good communication skill
• Construction management
• Planning and organization skills
• Problem analysis, decision making, adaptable and team work
