Purpose of the Job: 

The goal is to troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the company’s business goals and objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and execute scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service whenever necessary. 
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities. 
• Perform mechanic skills including mechanical, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. 
• Refer to equipment manuals and standard operating procedures to perform required maintenance and service. 
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities as per pre-set schedules. 
• Collaborate with other mechanics and electricians during the installation and refurbishment of machineries.
• Planning periodic preventive maintenance of production machineries.
• Taking corrective actions on any breakdown.
• Assist and coach Electricians and Mechanics.
• Actively follow-up of machine status based on preventive maintenance schedule.
• Keep records/Maintain Activity logs.
• Follow up and report to immediate supervises for supply of maintenance tools and materials.
• Reporting daily conception, tracking data, assembling, and reporting.
• Performing root cause analysis for breakdown.
• Operate production machines whenever necessary following immediate supervisors’ order.
• React timely to maintenance requests. 
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. 
• Collect all tools after maintenance activities. Use safety equipment’s (PPE) during operation and always keep them clean. 
• Keep clean and safe all the necessary maintenance equipment of the machine out of danger especially from fire and fire causing materials like oils benzene and so on. 
• Ensure ISO standard implementation in the company. 
• The job holder is responsible to follow all SOPs and safety protocols of the company while doing his/her job.
• Attend monthly regular team meetings and share thoughts and ideas with colleagues.
• Implementing and respecting all tasks in compliance with standards and respecting all the set parameters by the system.
• Keeping records and documentations in compliance with the standards.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Education: 

• BSC Degree   in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

Experience: 

• 4 Years of Work Experience in  Electro Mechanical or related activities.
