Qualification and Experience required

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting or related fields two (2) year and three (3) years of relevant experience for Masters and Bachelor, respectively.
• Professional Qualification: Strong analytical skills

     Job purpose

• To realize the resource mobilization target of Nisir through designing strategy, plan and follow up performance of Branches. It is also expected to develop the resource mobilization and sales capacity of the front office employees.
